We require a $50 deposit for all hair extension bookings, including maintenance and application of your own extensions. We also require a small deposit for all other bookings which are over 1 hour.
This is essential as we are open by appointment and set aside our valuable time & products for you. We must cover the time we put aside for you if you do not make it to your appointment or if you cancel or change within 24 hours.
Appointment times are final unless a confirmed change is made within 24 hours. All deposits are non refundable.
Your deposit and your appointment will be forfeit if your appointment is cancelled or changed within 24 hours, or if you do not show up to your appointment on time.
If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment without giving notice, your deposit and appointment may also be forfeit or you may need to wait or have your appointment performed around other clients who are on time.
If your appointment and deposit has been forfeit for any of the above reasons, and you wish to make another appointment, you will be required to pay another deposit.
If you provide your email address to us with your booking, you will receive an automated appointment confirmation email and a reminder email the day before your appointment.
We cannot be held responsible if you forget your appointment day / location / time, or if you do not check or receive the email in time.
If you make a SPRAY TAN or EYELASH EXTENSION booking and you do not show up without a confirmed cancellation, you may receive an invoice for 50% of the appointment cost to cover the time we dedicated to your appointment.
