PAYMENT PLANS

You can have the long luscious hair of your dreams instantly with Hot Stuff Beauty. And pay it off between 4-12 weeks with our payment plan option!

Minimum purchase amount on a payment plan is $150.

Once you are signed up to a payment plan with us, you are unable to increase your owing amount or start another plan until the first plan has been paid off, or unless every single payment made has been successful for 8 transactions in a row.

(ie, if you wanted to add your hair extension maintenance to the plan after 8 weeks of application, you are only able to do this if every transaction in your account has been successful).

How do our payment plans work?

You are required to pay an initial deposit for all payment plans,
which is 40% of the total product cost. The remaining amount of your purchase is then divided weekly over 4 - 12 weekly payments depending on your payment preferences.

The only extra you pay, is $6.35 per direct debit payment.

So, if you choose to purchase a full head of Indian Hair Extensions ($399), and paid the 40% deposit ($159.60), you would be owing $239.40.

If you choose to pay off the extensions over 12 weeks, the weekly payment amount (including the $6.35 direct debit fee), would work out to be just $26.30 per week.

If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, we will phone you to let you know, and request that you come and see us to fix up the payment, or we will arrange a suitable time with you to try another debit of the amount owing.


What do I need to be eligible to apply for a payment plan?

In order to set you up with a payment plan:

You must be over 18 with regular proven income.
If you are under 18 we require permission either in person or over the phone from a parent or guardian.

We require a clear copy of the front and back of your drivers license or other photo ID.
A copy of a recent phone or power bill with proof of address.
A copy of a recent pay slip, with your employer & pay details on it.
A copy of a recent bank statement, with your bank account details on it.

We need as much personal information from you as possible.

If you do not have the above documents, please contact us to see if it is possible to arrange other forms of identification. You must also sign and agree to our payment plan terms and conditions.

If for any reason we have continuous issues with your payments or are unable to contact you and money is still owing to us, debt collectors will be brought into the picture. We don't want to have to do this, so if you do right by us, we will do right by you :)
